We look forward to making Larson Farm available to you!

Our business has not yet gone ‘live’; as soon as it does, this page will say so, and we’ll increase our web-based advertising.   In the interim, we welcome and will make a maximal effort to accommodate your requests – with thanks, in advance, for your input as we work to finalize our business model.

We envisage that the Larson Farm business will generally entail the following elements (subject to evolution):

• Open for business 1 April through 31 December;
• Ongoing capacity for 20 guests at a time, and 8 separate bedrooms (occasional capacity for additional guests and/or bedrooms);
• Bedrooms include a woodland Yurt, a classic Airstream, and a variety of options in both an historic stone residence and an 1850’s log cabin;
• Already available, in the historic stone residence, is a spacious Master Bedroom with a private bath at $150/per night, and two beautiful, original 1850’s bedrooms, which share a luxurious modern bathroom (including whirlpool), each room at $120/per night;
• Descriptions of and prices for other rooms are available upon request;
• Room prices include a full country breakfast, including eggs from our free range chickens;
• A 10% discount will apply for bookings of five or more consecutive days, and three or more rooms;
• The formal dining room of the historic stone residence can also serve as a great meeting room;
• For larger meetings, open areas are available in the (unheated) barn and the (heated) cabin;
• Temporary camp sites are available throughout the 200 acre estate;
• More than three miles of trails are meticulously maintained for hiking, mountain biking and cross country skiing;
• Political and non-profit organizations are invited to apply for gratis use of Larson Farm facilities.
